David and Jo had purchased a house with several extensions to the rear which had been carried out in an unprofessional manner.
Their idea was to use the building as an Airbnb so they wanted to alter or remove the external walls and windows to make it appear as if there was just one extension.
We also completely rebuilt the laundry and added a toilet, fitted a new shower and toilet in the existing bathroom.
We moved doorways, fitted new doors, skirtings and architraves and it now looks like one extension inside and out.
A small verandah to the rear and it's now working well as an Airbnb.
